The Pinzgauer beef is very tender with quality marbling.This breed have a great temperament, long breeding life, increased fertility, breeds well with other breeds resulting in hefty calves for the farmer. We've noticed the highest price at the markets have been from the Charolais and Limousine steers crossed with the Pinzgauer bull. This young bull's father was Champion bull at the same age. The reason for selling is we have too many bulls.
